Job Description
To ensure that the entire cycle of repair bench takes place within defined SLAs, with minimum quote rejection & minimum re-repair.
Job Responsibilities:
Accurate diagnosis of the issue in the laptop/ printer/ desktop in time
Ensure that there is minimum quote rejection from the customer.
Doing the L1 – L4 repair, as required.
Repair with minimum parts usage.
Doing ‘First time right’ to ensure minimum re-repair cases
Maximum utilization of the scrapped laptops through spare part cannibalization.
Forecasting optimum buffer spare parts for the parts team to procure it.
Quality check of all the units before handing over the repaired device to the customer
Ensuring that the TAT and agreed SLAs are met
Managing escalations of customer
Job Requirement
Strong Technical Knowledge
