Job Purpose: Generate profitable enterprise services business. Develop market and identify business building opportunities via collaborative partnerships with vendors and customer. Deliver maximum customer satisfaction through proper account management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Business related:
- Managing end to end IT solution and services sales for KSA to achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly assigned targets.
- New Lead generation, Lead qualification, BOQ formation, Value proposition, Pricing strategy, Negotiation and closure (complete sales process) to increase the customer breadth
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence for the Business assigned to him
- Designing & proposing a cost-effective solution by working with various team. Negotiate and close with customers
- Payment follow up and managing the Account Receivable from customers
Customer related:
- Maintaining existing customers, taking care of any escalations and closing issues at war footing
- Engaging with the existing customers on regular basis to identify opportunities for Ensure to service
Vendor related:
- Periodic meetings with vendor to give them the idea of customers engaged with & for price benefits.
