Job Description
Job Purpose: Designing effective and competitive end to end pricing solutions based on research of routings,modes of transport, carriers, etc. Responsible for seemless operation and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Spearheading pricing function with global logistics agents ensuring most effective pricing for enquiries/shipments
  • Responsible to quote client on time based on the TAT aligned.
  • Resonsible to follow with internal sales tagged for follow up and feedback on shared quote.
  • Responsible for negotiating with agents , maintaining the rates we quote to client and follow up.
  • Liaise with forwarding agents, customs brokers, transport vendors and other vendors to ensure competitive pricing is sourced and maintained in our database.
  • Convertion of enquiry to business by quoting competitive price to client
  • Maintain and develop excellent vendor relationship with an objective of most competitive pricing available
  • Work with commercial and process team on improving processes.
  • Develop strong understanding of the business of critical customers to aid customer retention
  • Ontime invoicing to clients and agent /vendor payments submission to Finance
  • Ensure effective comunication with internal sales and clients on any opportunities, challenges and alternative options for improved pricing strategies.
  • Vendor development and management
  • Data capture in our internal system Cargo wise
Job Requirement
Graduate with 8+years of experience in relavant  industry .   
Should have demonstrated the ability to handle pricing and operations.   
Sound knowledge of Air/Ocean/Land products and KSA local destination process   
Process Centric, digital, analytical and tech savvy, along with good communication skills
