Job Description
The candidate will be part of the Middle East marketing team and will be responsible for seamless execution of marketing plans across UAE and OGCC. This role requires simultaneously working on multiple campaigns across consumer and channel audiences for global IT brands distributed by Redington.
Key responsibilities
  • Build, manage and execute monthly marketing calendar for multiple      partner brands
  • Strict adherence to brand guidelines of Redington and it’s partners      internally and externally
  • Prepare with the rest of the team, the production of marketing      material and literature, such as web content, brochures and press      releases.
  • Liaises with Regional teams and plan for joint marketing or      promotional opportunities, deliver high quality and creative work in line      with overall targets.
  • Promote and support all marketing and PR activities including      special events, sponsorship opportunities, merchandising campaigns,      exhibitions and field teams
  • Support and identify opportunities along with the Line Manager to      grow and develop loyalty marketing activities
  • Events: Create and launch activation campaigns like forums,      networking dinners and roadshows in high density SMB hubs and research new      engagement opportunities
  • Webinars & Podcasts: Organizing periodic online seminars to      engage our customers and generate new leads
Job Requirement
Preferred Skills
· Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community
· Demonstrated experience in working with sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue
· Prior experience in UAE and OGCC in managing customer/ partner events, implementing POSM and localized content development
· Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
· Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail
· Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
· Willing to travel to meet with sales leaders, partners and attend events
Qualifications:
3-4 years experience in consumer/ channel marketing in FMCG, IT, Travel or e-Commerce
Must have a formal education in marketing during Graduation or Post Graduation
Working knowledge of marketing automation tool is preferred but not compulsory
