Manager - Product Analytics - eCommerce

Job Description
· Build out and improve our data, analytics and business intelligence foundation to uncover insights that drive action and optimize investments across the marketing funnel
· Build product level analytics for tracking conversion funnel, platform performance & identify actionable insights
· Build customer transaction level analytics for tracking key leading KPIs & generate actionable insights by combining with qualitative inputs from the partners
· Deliver standardized suite of metrics, reports, and dashboards on a consistent cadence
· Monitor market trends and competition and work with product marketing and product management to respond in an appropriate and timely manner
· Solve business problems via product development & marketing and aid the decision-making process by using predictive modelling on internal and external data
· Work closely with the business/product teams to enable data driven decision making.
· Lead and test marketing-tech integration developments and pilot processes to support expansion to new platforms & optimize older integrations
· Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive day-to-day processes
· Generating accurate and meaningful analysis and actionable insights
· Own and deliver in-depth analysis of the overall Marketing campaigns
· Identify loopholes in the analytical processes and propose ways to bridge them
Job Requirement
· 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position, preferably in a high growth start up or e-commerce
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, or any other related field
· Advanced proficiency in scripting, querying and/or analytics languages and tools: SQL, Tableau/Data Studio, Python/R
· Experience in process automation would be an added benefit
· Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail and experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines
· Strong communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
· Demonstrated ability for analytical problem solving and research design skills
· Experience using marketing stacks to drive and measure performance. Preferred experience with Power BI, Adobe Marketo, and Salesforce.
· Highly skilled at translating complex quantitative data to diverse audiences.
