Today SAP systems touch 77% of the worlds transactions, to build on this further the Sap Customer Experience (CX) business has combined inhouse capability with $12BN of acquisitions to build the market leading C/4 HANA suite. The portfolio covers every stage in the CX lifecycle from the first contact a customer has with a company through to when they choose to buy from it. SAP CX achieves this by integrating various solutions for marketing, Commerce, sales, Service, and customer relationship management. You will be at the forefront of your customers digital transformation journey.
SAP Customer Experience (CX) are seeking Entrepreneurial sellers with a hunter mindset to go after a set of Enterprise level named and net new accounts. The opportunity provides the candidate to chance to make a difference with their clients by selling the full CX suite and become a champion within SAP. The candidate must be passionate about making it easier for people to build trusted relationships with the businesses and brands that serve them. We are looking for an empathetic, consultative sales professional who can listen, challenge, and bring a Point of View to our customers CX vision and strategy. With a firm grasp of the sales process, you will generate leads, build relationships, and ultimately smash your target by aligning your customer's objectives with SAP CX capability that can deliver the outcomes they seek.
What you´ll do
You will be joining a market leading front office CX business that has made over $12BN in acquisitions to ensure that it has a compelling and strong USP. We're seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills who recognizes the opportunity in front of them and has the drive to make it happen. Someone with presence who can discuss, position, and demonstrate our offerings in the context of delivering the desired outcomes of our customers. It is critical our salesperson is approachable and professional as they will frequently be asked to represent SAP CX by giving presentations, attending networking events and participating in trade shows.
As a customer-centric organization is it essential that our salesperson develops a deep understanding of their customers business and associated challenges. They will then work with an extended sales team to prepare and successfully lead the execution of a strategy to solve these challenges.
You will be joining an experienced, low ego team that values and embraces diversity, initiative, tenacity, and teamwork and will focus in 2023 on one country of the SAP region EMEA North ( Belux / Netherland).
Objectives of this Role
- Identify, understand, and develop opportunities to help our customers improve their customers’ experience
- Develop Account Plans that identify and solve key customer challenges
- Lead an extended sales team by setting strategy, clearly communicating roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective program execution
- Represent SAP CX with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and how they solve customer challenges
- Establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs of our customers
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and activity targets
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Qualify, develop, and position solutions to customer challenges utilizing the SAP CX products and services
- Utilise and maintain SAP sales tools to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
- Work with the extended Account Team to ensure alignment and design industry-specific outbound efforts
- Make cold or warm outreach calls, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales approaches
