House Finder are looking for Telesales Executives who specialize in Dubai Properties. Perform duties, such as study property listings, speak to prospective clients, qualify leads given, etc Roles & Responsibilities:
Make minimum 200 – 250 daily calls to potential clients Minimum 80-100 connected calls a day Minimum 25 meetings per month Ensure timely follow-ups Will present the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls Set up meetings regularly with potential clients, along with viewings for the sales team Ensure updated knowledge about the developers and the properties for sale Enter and update customer information in the database regularly Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
All the above points need to be analyzed on a weekly basis Requirements:
Basic educational qualification required Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent. Additional regional language is a plus Ability to learn about the products describe/explain them to prospects A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively
