Job Requirements : ▪ Identifying potential new clients and making initial contact with them todetermine their needs and interests.▪ Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.▪ Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs andapply product knowledge to meet them.▪ Ensure the quality of service by developing a thorough and detailedknowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers'systems and processes, and then documenting them.▪ Carry out cold calling to create interest in products and services, generatenew business leads, and arrange meetings.▪ Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-upcourtesy calls.▪ Preparing and presenting sales presentations to all the clients to promoteproducts or services.▪ Creating and maintaining records to CRM Software of all contacts withpotential customers to identify potential leads for future sales opportunities.▪ Following up with customers after a sale has been done to ensure satisfactionwith products or services and that any questions have been answered.▪ Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company’sproducts.▪ Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionalities.▪ Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets.▪ Consulting with IT developers and management on product offerings.▪ Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations.▪ Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements andfeedback.▪ Handle software problems and faults, referring to specialist technicalcolleagues where appropriate.▪ Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature▪ manage workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals▪ Interact to do responses for international bidding such as RFP / RFI.▪ contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues. Qualifications :▪ Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, or a similar qualification.▪ A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology would beadvantageous.▪ 2-5 years experience in IT sales environment.▪ Advanced knowledge of Marketing and Sales strategies.▪ Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications andfunctionalities.▪ Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and Jargon.▪ Ability to liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies.
