Job Description
DUTIES PERFORMED:
Tender management:
- Read Customers ‘Request for Quotations” and specifications and
- Estimate the cost of products and solutions using the costing tools.
- Prepare Scope of Supply, Technical Notes, Deviation List, Spare Parts List, and other technically related documents for quotations.
- Revise the offers to accommodate clients’ comments whenever required and review them with the Tender manager.
- Preparation of contract reviews and launches of the orders to the project team.
- As the job allows, Explain offer and solution compliance and deviation justification with Sales & Customer.
Sales support:
- Participate in techno-commercial discussions with Sales and if needed, with the Customer.
Reporting
- Keep track of expected projects in consultation with the Sales Manager.
- Report Hit rate, offer lifetime for project quoted.
Operational excellence
- Communicate with potential suppliers/vendors for non-standard components whenever required.
Industry / Domain:
Electrical Manufacturing / Tendering
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
A minimum of 2~3 years’ experience in a related field
Experience in Estimation and Tendering in a Switchgear manufacturing company.
Proficiency in Computer software (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc…).
Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:
Batchelor degree in Electrical Engineering
