1. Responsible for baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting, histogram management, baseline change control, risk management, earned value management using effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis).
2. Responsible to issue periodic dashboards to communicate cost and schedule performance to teams in real time. Responsible to issue periodic cost and schedule reports that enable senior management to make data driven decisions
3. Responsible for development of integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera and/or Microsoft Project that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors’ schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule
4. Responsible to monitor all programme control tools and measure its compliance in respect of the project’s contractual obligations
5. Responsible to perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas, validate forecasts, and communicate those quickly to key stakeholders.
6. Responsible for all individual and certain Division specific productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.
7. A proven work experience as a Planning Engineer within the Civil/MEP Business in a similar organization
8. Strong writing and record keeping abilities. Strong IT skills and software skills (Primavera, MSP etc). Strong communication, planning & organizing skills.
