The role holder will be part of the IT function, responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing the Service Now platform. Ensuring the platform is compliant, fit for purpose and meets customer requirements. The role holder will be responsible for creating new functionality to meet the business needs whilst ensuring documentation and training material is up to date and relevant.
Main Accountabilities
- Developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Web Services and HTML
- Work with Service Asset & Configuration Management and Asset Management teams to deliver expanded Discovery functionality
- Developing and delivering customized portal web pages in ServiceNow self service portal.
- Managing CMDB health by using Discovery (or equivalent methods) to support Assets and Configuration

Qualifications and Experience
- General administration experience with proven ability to effectively prioritise workload in line with business requirements.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding, including ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
