About this opportunity!
We are now looking for an Orchestration Solution Architect, who will analyze, craft and develop commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.
- Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions. Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing. Share information about solution to enable customer competence build
- Manage customers' requirements and customer expectations from presales through to the handover stages of the project.
- Participate in customer workshops, provide solution and technical expertise and deliver solution presentations
- Identify the impacts and risks as a result of the solution introduction, and recommendations on solution evolution.
- Provide leadership and senior competence for integration teams. Share and transfer knowledge, and mentor the other team members
- Identify add on sales opportunities via a close collaboration with the customer in the delivery projects and drive business by finding new convergence opportunities based on growing existing solutions as well as crafting new ones. Interact with customer, 3rd Party suppliers, and other Service Delivery organizations
- Lead in solution analysis & design and acting technical lead in projects
- Assist in troubleshooting, deployment, integration of solutions. Do solution presentations to different levels of audience. Product deployment design, network design, network and service orchestration design
You will bring
- At least 10-15 years Telecom & IT domain.
- Proven experience in OSS, BSS & Cloud, Network Management, Element management, FCAPS, Cloud Orchestration, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, Container Platforms, Cloud Native Computing, Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, Mobile & 5G Core.
- Standards Alignment: ETSI, 3GPP, CNCF, TMFORUM, OSSii.
- NFVi knowledge: Openstack/Docker/Kubernetes – Ericsson product knowledge would be an advantage;
- Certification in any of above is an added advantage.
- Ericsson Orchestrator(EO-CM, Service Orchestrator, EVNFM) hands-on knowledge is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Software development experience in the design, development, testing and test automation of a large-scale enterprise application
- Knowledge of microservices-based SW architecture
- Knowledge of Telecom/IT industry standards (e.g. ONAP, ETSI NFV, ETSI MANO)
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience handling pre-sale support of Application development & IT solution. Have experience working on RFP and RFI.
- Must be proficient in software architecture, application design, development and implementation using technologies.
- Good Knowledge IT Infrastructure and VM/Cloud deployment.
- Be responsible for network management and orchestration portfolio for customers in KSA.
- Excellent communication skills, customer handling & team handling skillset.
- Deep Analytical skills, work collaboratively, Influence and negotiate, Mentoring & coaching to team
