Our Software Quality Engineering team ensures that our next-generation software is of the highest quality. We conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that our software meets or exceeds end-user requirements. We debug software products, oversee the development of test plans, ensure system tests are documented, analyze the results, provide feedback to developers and make sure that all problems are resolved. We also select testing specifications for new products and ensure testing procedures comply with industry-specific standards.

What you’ll achieve
You will lead a group of seasoned QA engineers working on our flagship product for the mid-range market. As a QA manager in the PowerStore CEE organization you will be responsible for the development of critical tools and testing field readiness of customer tools and critical code releases.
You will work closely with the Escalation Engineering Organization as well as the in-market development team.
You will:
- Manage a large group of seasoned QA engineers
- Lead manual and automation testing for Hotfixes, Patches
- Reports on testing status
- Develop and assist with the development of field tools, scripts

Essential Requirements
- Experience with programming languages (Python/Java)
- Experience in test cases design, execution and analysis
- Troubleshooting skills, ability to reproduce and document the issue
- Managing large teams
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with Linux operating systems, storage solutions (filers, block storage, replication, etc. from any vendor) – great advantage
- Experience with REST APIs, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins is a big plus
