Qualifications

• BS or MS in Industrial Engineering, Mathematic Engineering, MIS or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analyst & Software Testing,
• Banking or Fintech experience is preferred,
• Experience of full lifecycle testing,
• Strong reporting and documentation skills,
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint etc.) applications,
• Knowledge of SQL,
• Eager to work in an agile environment and adopt the agile mindset,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills,
• Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and passion for continuous improvement,
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, dynamic,
• Strong communication skills with people at different levels,
• Ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive role in projects, to carry out the necessary studies in business analysis, process design and testing,
• Supporting and guiding the software team in developing features according to specified requirements and meet the business expectations,
• Continuous documentation of the system and process status as well as improvement and development of process changes,
• Work with product team & stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritize product backlog items,
• Conducting product acceptance testing verify required functionality developing and implementing as per business requirements.
