We are looking for a passionate Sr. Product Manager who will become a part of the growing Product Management team. We're constantly looking into innovative ways to disrupt the way insurance revenue is managed and reimbursements collected by dental providers. You'll focus on increasing the operational efficiency of the platform by increasing the level of automation in the processing of insurance claims.   • Be the product owner for several product initiatives across Zentist's product strategy.
  • Complete the definition and discovery of product initiatives that clearly drive our product strategy forward based on a deep understanding of our customer's needs.
  • Synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new product insights and ideas.
  • Tactically drive prioritization on a sprint-to-sprint basis while also strategically contributing to long-term product strategy.
  • Partner and connect cross-functionally within the organization to create delightful, valuable experiences for our customers.


  • 4+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner with experience working in a lean/agile organization and at least 3+ years experience in building a SaaS product.
  • A data-driven approach to Product Management.
  • A track record of building meaningful software and technology products.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves to help achieve team goals in the fast-growing environment for the organization.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge in order to work effectively with a growing team of senior engineers.
  • Ability to analyze data in various formats (SQL, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • A constant passion for learning new skills and teaching others.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Experience at early-stage or mid-stage startups.
  • Working experience in fintech.


You’ll work remotely with the team distributed across PDT and GMT+3, so a remote location is fine. However, you may need to spend around 5 hours/day communicating with our San Francisco team. Trips to meet the local team and the customers will take place if required.

Dental insurance plans are notoriously complicated. Policy agreements are difficult for consumers to understand and for providers to service and manage. We started Zentist because we believe neither consumers nor providers should struggle with the complexity of understanding and utilizing dental plans. At Zentist, we are developing billing technology between dental providers and insurance companies that abstracts away all the complexity of billing and collecting insurance.
