QA Analyst 3-4 Years’ Experience 1) Conduct the testing, analyse the results, and submit observations to the development team. 2) Experience in automation testing or manual testing. 3) Track bugs and assist developers when needed in identifying/reproducing bugs. 4) Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements. 5) Create efficient workflow: bug identification, bug reporting and follow up throughout development cycle. 6) Work closely with software developers to resolve system issues. 7) Understand and document business requirements. 8) Document integration flows for each use-case and identify all API interactions for each of them, including happy path and error scenarios. 9) Prepare system process manuals for business team guidance. 10) Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
