About Us

Genel Nitelikler:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Math etc.), MIS, Math, Statistics or Business Administration (Master’s Degree is a plus),
  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in:
  • Analytical Models/Methods, Predictive Models and Behavioral Segmentation,
  • SQL and Python are required,
  • Hadoop, R and Spark experience is a plus,
  • Proficiency in predictive modelling software such as SAS, SPSS, and KXEN is a plus,
  • Understanding of Machine Learning methodologies,
  • Project management and analytical thinking skills,
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused,
  • Telecom sector experience is a plus,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Rol ve Sorumluluklar:

  • Conduct customer behaviour/need analyses and support critical business decisions with methods such as customer segmentation, predictive analysis, etc.,
  • Design statistical models (For upsell, cross-sell, churn, next product to buy, offer propensity etc.) and regularly update models considering changing market conditions and offer variations,
  • Follow up on model performance, monitor the marketing, digital services, sales actions and measure their financial impacts periodically and communicate the results to business stakeholders,
  • Proactive business ownership of enterprise data, define data warehouse integration needs and coordinate technical teams accordingly,
  • Take active responsibility for business ownership and end-to-end management of analytical projects within Turkcell,
  • Proactively creating business ideas by applying big data and creating analytical projects accordingly to achieve higher customer lifetime value,
  • Analysis of big data (log, transaction and graph data) with advanced analytical methods.
