The Work You'll Do:
Business analysts are responsible for driving the requirements and delivery of new and/or adaptation of current Sovos offerings for global markets. The role will be measured by delivering high quality, innovative solutions which are adopted by the market and are competitively differentiated. Business analysts will manage timely deliverables with strong communication skills. Success will require closely engaging the Product Development team and Product Manager to define and drive delivery of a product which customers can’t imagine how they worked or operated without.

More specifically, you will:
Create and maintain the relationship between product management and product development
Communicate regularly, working alongside Product Managers and Engineers
Create and maintain product backlog
Participate in daily planning and progress meetings
Maintain a detailed understanding of user and compliance requirements
Serve as the advocate for the customers to understand their needs and buying behavior to help deliver opportunities for increased sales and strategies to address competition
Assist developers and QA members with compliance stories
What We Need From You:
Background and experience in ERP systems or working in BA position at least for 1 year.
Turkey Accounting Regulation Knowledge is required
Having experience in Atlassian Products is a plus (Jira, Confluence)
Experience in Scrum methodology is a plus
Design level XML and JSON knowledge
Experence in XML tools such as Altova XMLspy and MapForce.
Excellent communication skills required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong and effective organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and Ability to work well individually and within a cross functional team
Ability to work well individually and within a cross-functional team
Minimal travel required to Sovos locations or events
