Job Purpose:

BA is the key success of project analysis, development, requirement gathering, quality and deployment. BA creates and draft all requirement as per company requirements. Looking for BA with 3 to 7 years’ experience in insurance industry.


Accountabilities:

  • Responsible to define requirement, create WF, to-be and as-is process.
  • Articulate business requirements into system level design document.
  • Responsible to define and create user stories, test cases, scripts on regular basis.
  • Responsible to define non-functional requirements in SRS.
  • Responsible to do impact analysis of requirements, present updates and highlight any risks\issues and possible mitigations
  • Communication with development/QA teams and key stakeholders
  • Conduct UAT demos, Business User training on projects and changes.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress bugs fixes.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the project as well as the delivery of result.


Education, Experience and Formal/Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate/diploma in Computer Science
  • Qualification in IT / Testing or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of SDLC and various Software development frameworks (Agile, Iterative, DEVOPS)
  • Insurance knowledge or experience required
  • Experienced Tester in Gulf and UAE Region
  • Keen to develop and learn rapidly
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing Experience of working in agile environment.
  • Proactive and willing to contribute ideas / opinions
  • Should be flexible and willing to work extra hours
