The ideal candidate is responsible for defining and executing our game product strategy. With an exciting product vision, you will get to stretch your professional abilities in varied roles. You will take an active role in working with your game teams to help steer and guide the game vision, strategy, and development from ideation to live service, achieving results through the definition of associated KPIs. You will conduct market research, analyze technical possibilities, and translate your findings into a product strategy. You will lead the execution efforts by working in a multi-disciplinary team with Engineering, Development, and Marketing departments to expand our current product portfolio for the gaming industry. You drive the revenue strategy throughout the lifecycle of the game, with the objective of boosting KPIs related to engagement & monetization. You need to be a strategic, long-term visionary who understands what it takes to build compelling, high-quality games around which you can build exciting communities. It’s important that you are passionate about games, how game development works, and how to keep players happy.



Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with game development teams, product managers, operations teams, devops and security teams to Interpret business requirements and articulate the business needs to be addressed
  • Establish a shared vision for Services product across the company and building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Create and execute a product roadmap through close collaboration with senior leadership
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
  • Serve as a lead point of contact and ensure ongoing, transparent communication with a focus on expectations fostering trust with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Champion and oversee the adoption of the platform within game teams and ensure acceptance and delivery of value throughout the organization and externally to our player base
  • Communicate project status to key stakeholders and assess and address risks
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, develop insights, and implement improvements
  • Leading proofs-of-concept with prospects, working closely with their tech teams, and efficiently engaging with our internal tech teams.
  • Mentor and train the product team to reach their objectives & focus on the right KPIs
  • Evangelize best in class monetization systems & references, and share these across all teams
  • Define short-term and long-term roadmap aligned with game vision and strategy in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach in achieving game KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and/or manage the backlog prioritization and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to update the priorities as needed.
  • Partner with Production and Design teams to conceptualize and implement engaging features, mechanics, and systems that fulfill the product goals.
  • Work with Data & Analytics team to establish the experimentation roadmap, using A/B testing and machine learning to meet goals and create product and player insight. Translate outcomes into relevant recommendations.
  • Leverage analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, recommend tuning mechanics and A/B tests, and identify new features to increase user conversion, retention, and monetization;
  • Foster strong relationships with partner studios to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving agreed targets.
  • Research competitive products, complete teardowns and make recommendations, being an expert on industry trends and the competitor landscape.
  • Work with the development team and drive the Live-Ops campaigns to develop a comprehensive in-game calendar (e.g., events, offers) that provides players with a fresh and engaging experience every day. This involves analyzing players' data to understand how players engage with the game's features to help guide the Live-Ops efforts towards the highest value activities.
  • Help identify and deconstruct new markets and opportunities, staying in the cutting edge of the mobile, console, and pc gaming industry.
  • Taking the lead and ownership of the product and the operations of the game. Taking end-to-end responsibility (planning, executing, analyzing and optimizing live features).
  • Represent the company to foster and maintain strong professional relationships with the gaming ecosystem players in international and local events.
  • Frequent business international and national travel is part of the job requirements



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Key Account, product management.
