We deploy startup ecosystem portals, and provide research and policy advising to help dozens of governments and leading global international organizations to accelerate the growth of their startup ecosystems.

We have a small and motivated team working remotely. Most of our team members are located in Europe, therefore, this full time engagement in Europe’s time zone business hours. You will be working with our management team.

This job will allow you to develop critical expertise and career skills, and work with impressive clients and partners.

Your Role:

We are looking for a junior/mid product manager, obsessed about product, with keen eye for details and an innovative mindset. You should have a good understanding of the startup market and a ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release.

What we look for:

You will be leading the following activities:

• Drive the product development and company roadmap
• Define detailed product requirements
• Work with designer and development team to ensure product meets specs and is launched on time.
• Have a deep understanding of all company products and related processes.
• Manage product development process and provide continuous improvements
• Work closely with CEO and management team to ensure the implementation of the company strategic goals.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years+ experience in product management role in a SaaS/web start-up
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering
• Experience working with click-up, slack and notion.
• Understanding of Software engineering and code and Agile methodologies

The process and conditions:

The starting monthly salary will range depending on experience and skills, and will grow as you help the company achieve its goals.

There will be initial filtering questions, a few test tasks valuation, and several interviews so you can get to know our team in the process.
