One of my clients, a leading IT services company, is looking to hire an IT Project Manager for their their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management in the IT industry, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The role is based at their offices in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution to closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
• Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven track record of successful project management in the IT industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with project management tools and software
• PMP certification is preferred
