Job Summary Stamford real estate brokers are looking for a full time Videoagrapher & graphic designer with real estate experience for our office in Business bay. Job description Setting up photography / Videography shoots & equipments. Taking pictures & short videos. Editing and retouching images & videos. Schedule & Visit properties to take quality photos & videos for property portals & the company social media platforms. Creating flyers, templates & social media contents. Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, tiktok & Linkedin promotions. Develop & Enhance our social media platforms. Cordinate & communicate with the marketing team and execute plans as per the requirement. Provide media support to Agents. Visit property developer sales offices with the team, create property vlogs & small reels for tiktok / instagram etc.. Prepare the post production works & media contents within minimum time required. Required Skills Good planning, organization and presentation capability. Ability to manage with a team of agents to achieve objectives. Strong understanding of social media marketing and Marketing strategies. Knowledge of the real estate industry, the business and market trends. Possess drive and motivation to continuously explore and identify new opportunities for social media growth and development. Smart & Energetic individual . Hardworking & multitasking capability. Research and analysis. Strong languages skills. Qualifications Qualified degree in graphic design or relevant field is a must Minimum 2 years experience, real estate agency / social media agency experience preferred Demonstratable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Adobe softwares & MS office. A strong eye for unique designs & creating digital contents Strong Communication skills. A valid UAE Driving license is preferred. Salary upto 6,000 aed based on the experience.
