Job Purpose:

Business analysis is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to: Determine problems and identify needs; Identify and recommend viable solutions for meeting those needs; Elicit, document, and manage stakeholder requirements in order to meet business and project objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Study the existing/new systems and operations and assess business needs to identify the scope of the problem.
• Gather requirements from client to create business requirement document for new projects or services.
• Conduct facilitated workshops to elicit requirements both functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare use cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specification (SRS) documents and other functional documents.
• Update BRD upon receiving CRs from client side or the PM of the project and testing lead to have an updated document that is shared with the development and testing team.
• Create Modeling diagrams to clarify the business workflow.
• Implementing system configuration into the systems Gather requirements from client to create business requirement document for new projects or services. Collect, analyze and document project scope to be sent with the proposals.
• Verify the output from the development team before sending it to the client.
• Coordinate with clients regarding their comments about the system to document it.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager / Management.
• Discuss the problem with the technical team and recommend technology needed to address the same.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science /Engineering or any Related Field.
• Experience: 2 years in the same field.
• Good knowledge of Software Programs.
• Teamwork, problem solving, responsibility, communications skills.
• Saudis are preferred.
