Responsibilities:
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the security, maintenance and support of the company IT network.
Develops network solutions to address highly complex user needs;
Reviews vendor products and presents recommendations to management. Ensures security procedures are implemented and enforced.
Identifies, recreates, diagnose and resolves the most complex IT operating system problems.
Manages the installation, security, maintenance and support of PC's of a big unit or several small units;
Reviews vendor products and presents recommendations to management.
Provides highest level of support to end-users for either PC, network, server, mainframe, software and hardware.
Schedules operating time of information systems operations in order to ensure its efficiency.
AUTHORITY/LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing technical guidance to end-users.
Determines IT system needs and recommends solution.
Determines IT system training and development needs of end-users
Requirements:
BS Computer Science/Engineering/Technology with 3 years or Technical College graduation in Computer Science/Engineering/Technology with at least 7 years of significant experience.
Extensive knowledge of network, software and/or hardware.
Solid understanding of problem management database and help desk system.
Thorough knowledge of Computer Operations and some supervisory experience.
