We're looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst for our growing IT team.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing requests from business units and providing input to software developers to present the right technological solution,

• Preliminary analysis of the project, evaluation of the applicability of the project with all criteria,

• Providing project document management and conducting test processes,

• Supporting the reporting and problem determination of the applications for which it is responsible

Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Computer, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering etc.

departments of the universities,

• At least 4 year of experience in the relevant field,

• Gives importance to teamwork, has advanced problem solving, decision making and

planning skills,

• Having analytical thinking skills,

• Preferably with experience in workflow applications,

• Experienced in process analysis, development, modeling and corporate workflows,

• Having the ability to solve problems, analyze, plan and follow up very well,

• High communication and coordination skills,

• Knowledge about working with agile methodologies,

• Having presentation and effective communication skills,

• To be experienced in needs analysis and job analysis studies,
