  • Key Responsibilities
  • IT Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and defining the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and map them to technical requirements and in some cases design the technical solution to meet business needs or resolve business problems.
  • Execute IT Business analysis work on project, enhancements, and operational items. This would include Business Analysis, Business Requirements Definition, Business Solution Design, Functional Specification & Acceptance Criteria, and Acceptance Test Plan &Management
  • Designs and manages tests of new/updated processes. Specifies test environment for whole lifecycle testing (e.g., using a model office concept). Manages the selection/creation of relevant scenarios for testing and ensures that tests reflect realistic operational business conditions.
  • Facilitates change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes. Ensures that tests and results are documented, reported to stakeholders and are available for specification of user instructions
  • Capture and analyze Business process and functional requirements in project, enhancements, and operational items
  • Implement and document new applications and application upgrade.

  • Following vendor management activities and closely works with vendors to ensure solution delivery within planned timelines
  • Able to link technical solution & design with business strategy when working with business partners
  • Leading stakeholder management activities. Creates opportunities to make the stakeholder feel valued and develop trust
  • Support R&M operations in security, 3rd line incident/problem management, change management and other run, and maintain activities
  • Manage relationship with 3rd parties, work with stakeholders from different teams, plan and prioritize tasks
  • Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor´s degree in engineering and/or in computer science, management information systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years of business analysis and project management or a related experience.
  • Business Analysis skills and Business Analysis Techniques in business operations and processes
  • Knowledge and experience in Business Process Improvement Techniques and Information Capture Techniques, Test Management Techniques, Progress Reporting.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, experience at Business Process analysis.
  • Works in structured manner and excels in project-based environment
  • Strong communication/influencing/negotiation/presentation/facilitation skills at all levels of the Business, IT hierarchy and 3rd party service providers
  • Must have strong analytical aptitude and be able to analyze complex problems/requirements and be able to define functionally advanced IT solutions.
  • Understanding of application architectural structure, its alignment to business processes and application landscape and it’s relation &fit to other connected application/infrastructure portfolios.
  • Ability to champion continuous improvement changes and addresses any issues that might prevent those changes from being successful.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge, skills hands on experience with Data, SQL, and databases
  • Knowledge, skills hands on experience with Data Analytics tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, Power BI etc.)
  • Business Analysis or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PMI Agile, etc.) is a plus
  • Good level interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines
  • Strong analytic and decision-making skills
  • Able to deliver under time pressure and deliver on strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independent
  • Good Business English, Turkish written and oral
