We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing strategy, generate leads, increase customer engagement, and promote brand awareness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.

Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Job Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies, including targeted campaigns, lead generation, and customer retention initiatives.
Manage social content and engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with a focus on building brand awareness and engagement with key audiences.
Understand and develop marketing integrations with data streams from social platforms, website analytics, and other relevant sources.
Analyze digital marketing performance via Google Analytics, Clarity, and other tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
Create and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Support partners with marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, and other materials.
Develop marketing strategies and personas to ensure targeted messaging and content resonate with key audiences.
Work closely with the sales team and product managers to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively implemented.
Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.

What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS technology or software industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
Experience developing marketing integrations with data streams from social platforms, website analytics, and other relevant sources.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing digital marketing performance via Google Analytics, Clarity, and other tools.
Experience with performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Ability to create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and personas, with experience developing actionable plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or SalesForce preferred) is a plus
Experience with Notion, Zapier or other automation tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
