Project Planning / Execution :

Coordinate contents of major and minor release cycle with PBM :

  • Provide input to PBM on complexity of requirement
  • Highlight risks and / or opportunities of enhancements / bug fixes in release cycles
  • Identify dependencies between the various modules that would be affected by the changes

Create, maintain and update project plan for Tick and Tock cycles

Actively participate in design sessions (database design and code changes)

Create and maintain Technical Specification documents

Create maintain and assign Vault tickets for bugs and enhancements to appropriate resources

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Schedule PRODUCTION deployments

Coordinate / align deployment schedules / plans of external interfaces with external OFS groups (Lawson, SAP, SIMS)

Propose plans to upgrade components based on outdated technologies

Manage team morale (organize technical lunch and learn sessions, encourage cross-component participation in design sessions, for example)

Project Maintenance activities :

Maintain eSales Team Space site

Provide input to L2 support on issues, as required

Respond to inquiries from Product Champions and field users (in some cases) from various segments on :

  • Requests for new functionality and
  • Queries on existing functionality

Coordinate / work with the data center team, when required

Manage and track software licenses (new purchases as well as renewal of existing ones)

Report and track incident counts on a monthly basis

Contribute to sorting out workflow issues (e.g. : call for meetings and come up with solutions for segments that have issues with NT-5 mapping issues, for example)

Miscellaneous activities :

Attend and contribute (as required) in design sessions for other segment applications that interact with eSales apps (e.g.

RITE, iDistrict, PPP )

Specific Skills / Key words Required of this Position :

  • Strong understanding of IT technological fields and system thinking skills
  • High level knowledge of eSales server architecture
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Good understanding of eServices
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Project Management Professional or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
