Deliverables of the role (Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities)
•Ability to execute & manage most of these but not limited to the below activities
Actively working with an existing set of B2B customers to engage in the API integrations analysis.
Project Management of both new B2B implementation and B2B integrations
Supporting the customer onboarding
Actively identifying the gaps in current processes and working towards building the business cases that can bridge those gaps through B2B.
Assisting the customers on L1 B2B functional/Technical queries.
Execute projects through research, analysis, conclusion, and recommendation that bring additional capabilities into our existing B2B offerings and launch new, innovative offerings that create tremendous value for B2B customers and delight our internal & external customers.
Collaborate and coordinate with experts throughout the company as well as external SMEs to develop, help execute the launch and/or help drive new B2B initiatives to target levels of adoption and utilization
Lead various ad-hoc internal projects as assigned.
Develops or adopts research tools, sources, and methods that further support and contribute to the business’s B2B marketing management intelligence.
Performs the initial B2B Release analysis to assess the need for any requested changes as well as their potential impact.

Business process innovations What are we looking for? Qualifications and Experience
4+ years’ experience in product analysis within an agile environment, playing a key role in product management, designing, developing, and managing the rollout of B2B platform across multiple regions.
Experience on Agile working methodology
Strong understanding of B2B
Experience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements and developing actionable product roadmap Skills: Must have skills
Experience on Agile working methodology
Having Functional knowledge in Open stack development for Sales & Distribution.
Strong understanding of B2B
Experience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements and developing actionable product roadmap
Ability to lead, manage stakeholder expectations, plan and estimate level of effort required to deliver and launch a B2B Versions.
Experience working for a SaaS solutions provider
Experience in a fast-paced, product-led organization
Experience with Change management
Exceptional communication skills to help deliver insights to diverse stakeholders
Experience with B2B Enterprise software
Excellent written and verbal communication Good to have skills Experience in one or more of the below will be an added advantage
Previous experience in Ecommerce and B2B Industry is a plus
Working Experience on API and B2BTechnical teams is a plus
Working Experience in Krise Platform will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits Salary:
•Monthly tax free salary could range upto 18,000 per month and is depending on the profile and experience of the candidate. No additional housing or car / car running costs provided

Salary: AED13,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
