We are looking Business Analyst.

We are looking for Business Analysts with 3+ years in Loan Origination, to join our rapidly growing team across regions.

If you enjoy leading modules independently, teams and task assignments, and are knowledgeable in Retail Loan Origination System across different products and the functionalities to be implemented in the application, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.

What you will be doing :

Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions.

Identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.

Analyse all business requirements and provide detailed specifications.

Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT.

Knowledge of project lifecycle and different methodologies like waterfall or agile.

Not to mention the excellent presentation and communication skills, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude.

Should be a Lending Domain Expert,

Thorough knowledge on Loan Origination, Loan Service /Management, Collections etc.

Experience in end to end implementation of Large Lending applications,

Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Operations, and Functionalities,

Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using different tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Adobe XD,

Advanced English knowledge,

Minumum 3 years of relevant working experience,
