We are seeking an experienced Processes & Regulatory Documentation Technical Writer.

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation that ensures compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations.

Your deep knowledge of UAE Central Bank requirements and licenses will be essential in effectively communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to join a talented team and work collaboratively with compliance experts, business analysts, quality engineers, and product managers to produce a system and policies rule book for an emerging product.

• Research, analyse, and interpret UAE Central Bank regulations, guidelines, and requirements related to SVF (Stored Value Facility) and RPSCS (Retail Payment Service Provider).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to understand and document business processes, procedures, and controls in alignment with UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with UAE Central Bank requirements.
• Ensure consistency and standardization in documentation across various teams and departments by establishing style guides and templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and technology, to gather information and ensure accurate representation of processes and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct document reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, preferably with focus on UAE Central Bank regulations and licenses.
• Proficient in using documentation tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance frameworks within the UAE financial services industry.
• Expertise in fintech and a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, including emerging technologies, digital payments, and financial innovations.
