Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for executing advanced analytics projects, developing cutting-edge data models and algorithms, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, software and business development, and sales/marketing to ensure the alignment and execution of key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform statistical inferences on large datasets to derive decisions and drive actions
• Perform exploratory data analysis to develop an understanding of data and prediction accuracy
• Build predictive models to optimize agent and customer interactions
• Develop processes to monitor and analyze model performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. (An MSc degree in these fields is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in building machine learning or statistical models
• 5 years of experience in Python programming language
• Ability to use SQL to work with large datasets
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Ability to work effectively across functions, levels, and disciplines
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask
• Knowledge about Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Services
• Ability to work with Linux environment
• GPT3 Knowledge or NPL modeling experience
• Analytical thinking skills in alignment with location intelligence products
