We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality and Systems Administrator to join the team based out of the Premier Inn Central Hub in Al Jaddaf, and working within the revenue team.

Are you Genuine, Confident and Committed?

As a Quality and Systems Administrator you will work in a close knit revenue maintaining the rate strategy and distribution set by Head of Revenue by ensuring the correct flow of rates across all systems.

Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes, standards, and legal requirements, and successfully delivers results for all internal and external audits or reviews.

You will be supporting the Head of Revenue and Commercial team by continuously monitoring and auditing the system, looking for inefficiencies in our current distribution model and highlighting them to the manager for continuous improvement.

Action promptly all the requests raised through Hornbill regarding R&D so that the time between an action being planned and executed is minimal, benefiting the commercial impact.

Ensuring that all legal and compliance processes are followed diligently, and rates are applied correctly for each client to minimise any risk to the business.

Drive a sales commercial culture, participating and coordinating campaigns to drive revenue and pro-actively bringing forward any ideas that could have a positive commercial impact.

Be an ambassador of the brand and position the company as high-value and high-quality hotel provider.

Requirements

  • Full knowledge of Revenue and Distribution in the Hotel Industry
  • Knowledge of RMS systems, preferably Ideas and Duetto
  • Knowledge of optimization dynamics; hotel price & availability management experience
  • Knowledge of Hotel distribution systems, preferably Synxis
  • Knowledge of Hotel PMS Systems, preferably Opera
