Job Purpose: % of time Duties & Responsibilities KPI’s 50% Business Application Development ? Business Application Development. ? Development Soap and restful API integrations ? To code & debug client/server & web-based applications in the following languages & technologies: Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express, Oracle Forms & JAVA 20% Team Supervision / Coordination ? Supervises & effectively utilize software development team to reach organizational Goal ? To lead a team of Software Developers to develop creative software programs as per business specific needs. 15% Maintenance and Troubleshoot ? Maintenance & Troubleshoot of existing Business Application ? Maintenance & Troubleshoot of Integrations ? Provide L2/L3 technical & functional support to various inhouse developed software program. 15% Business Analysis & Designing ? Participation in the development & design of innovative applications. ? Performs key portions of the system development lifecycle including designing, coding, testing, documenting, installing, commissioning, implementation & maintaining custom applications Qualifications, Capabilities and Knowledge Essential Qualifications, Capabilities and Knowledge ? Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science Or Equivalent ? Should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in development and managing of business Application, preferably in financial institutions ? Should have minimum 2 years of experience in development managing team of software developers ? Experience in Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms, SQL PLUS & PL/SQL, Webserver, Rest API and SOAP ? Knowledge in JAVA and .Net Technologies Knowledge in Windows Operating Systems ? Team Management ? Manage & oversees long range multiple complex projects. ? Experience in Business functions and Processes ? Knowledge in Accounting Procedures Desirable Qualifications, Capabilities and Knowledge ? Database: Certification in Oracle 10g and above (Desired) ? Knowledge in Linux Operating System ? Knowledge in Mobile Application Development ? Other Programming skill: Python, Node JS, PHP Competency Requirements ? Good Communication skills ? Participate in 24x7 on call support ? Effectively manage himself to meet or exceed established performance goals ?
