Our client, from Real Estate Developer industry is looking to hire a Client Relation Officer for their office based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact and interface with Clients in person, phone and emails
You will handle day to day Client concerns, provide resolutions, and escalate as necessary
Focus on improving Client experience in our developments and work with management to improve clients experience
Liaise with various team members and third-party contractors to resolve the issue reported
Create annual Property Reports for our Clients
Communicate with Real Estate Agencies to rent/sale properties
Other duties and projects as assigned
Experience in Interacting with Clients - Tenants, Prospective Buyers, Real Estate Agents
Requirements to Apply:
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject is preferred
3-5 years of experience in relevant field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Hindi and English
Strong interpersonal skills especially working with clients via phone and email
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
Should be dependable and meet deadlines
Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint Skills
Positive attitude
Ability to learn and use business software quickly
Must be proficient in Gmail
UAE driving license preferred
UAE based preferred
Job Location: Westar office based in Jumeirah Village Circle
Timings: 9AM - 6 PM, Monday-Friday, Saturdays will be working optional, in case of any requirements. Contract will state a 6 day working week
Salary: AED 5K-7K
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
client servicing in real estate: 4 years (Required)
