Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in data analytics, data warehousing, data visualization, and campaign optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of forex and data analysis, with the ability to interpret large amounts of data, formulate insightful reports, and make strategic recommendations based on thorough research.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data, providing insights to influence strategic decisions.
• Conduct detailed data analysis on forex trading and other financial data.
• Leverage tools such as Funnel.io to automate data gathering from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Design and execute ETL processes, including combining multiple datasets through data warehousing on Google BigQuery.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide detailed insights into marketing, website, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with developers to implement Firebase and Adjust event tracking on apps, and create attribution models and website traffic reports on Google Analytics.
• Design and build statistical analysis models on large datasets to identify key metrics, draw conclusions, and optimize campaigns.
• Propose and implement data-driven solutions to improve campaign efficiencies and sales performance.
• Automate manual processes such as data collection using Power Automate.
• Generate Salesforce reports to analyze customer demographics, call patterns, and deposits.
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to interpret large amounts of data and information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of forex trading and financial markets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the forex industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Power BI, Google BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Power Automate.
• Experience in using Funnel.io for automated data gathering from multiple sources.
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Proven track record in optimizing campaign efficiencies and improving sales performance through data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
