Responsibilities:
Manage and own product lifecycle activities from concept, to design, development, testing, deployment, roll out, support, and finally product end of life.
Identify the challenges of users, key target segments, business drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities.
Identify ongoing scalability and operational improvements to set the product up for success in this high-growth industry.
Establish metrics, processes, and dashboards for monitoring and evaluation of the success of new functionality.
Coordinate continuous product development in accordance with key metrics such as user acquisition (view to click, click to install, install to sign up), conversion (sign up to paywall, paywall to subscription), and retention (1day, 2d,7d, 1 month, 3m)
Create, update, and deliver product roadmap and define product features by considering high-retention users' behaviors the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, adoption, and return on investment.
Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses to deliver continuous improvements.
Work closely with teams of designers, developers, marketers, and researchers to deliver and build high-quality software features for millions of users.
Provide marketing intelligence and commercial input to the development of new products.
Determine and manage go-to-market strategy and roadmap, target audience, brand positioning, social media content, and graphic designs for marketing.
Requirements/ Education and Experience
5+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or related experience.
Experience creating great user interfaces for mobile.
Have led at least one entire product from scratch to market.
Have been in charge of identifying a product vision, product strategy, and product requirements.
Technical knowledge with experience in software development or solution design.
Self-motivated and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Experience with Google Data Studio or similar business intelligence tools or managing apps on the Google Play store or iOS app store.
Ability to create buy-in and lead teams without direct authority.
Exceptional project management skills
Will be working with the development and marketing team closely.
