Job Summary: Looking for an IT Consultant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as IT support engineer or similar role required
• Must have practical work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be able to communicate technical information to non-IT clients and colleagues
• Proficient in analyzing complex technical requirements and developing practical solutions
• Strong knowledge of IT principles including networking, systems administration, security as well as database management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
