Job Requirements: Must possess 5 + years of experience in Oracle and Orion Platforms. Engineering – Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science. Preferably worked within Manufacturing & B2B industries (Using Orion 11J ERP). Language Capabilities: English and Hindi. Roles and Responsibility- Roles & responsibilities: Technical application development Activities New report requirements & document print changes ongoing activity User access and manage centralized masters from Head Office Day to day technical level 2 support from Head Office Log Support Calls with vendor portal for any medium, high & Show stopper calls and follow up with the software vendor and get the solution, testing and deployment of patches QC activities on weekly patch from software vendor in UAT environment and make sure all the functionalities are working fine, apply the tested patch in production environment Schedule new alerts as per business requirements Monitor database health check activities and daily backups User training for any new modules part of go live activity and based on the need Working towards the goal – Digital Transformation project Working closely with ERP Project Manager for implementing of any new modules / applications, requirement study & documentation. Enable and manage controls on ERP to meet company’s internal and external IT audits compliance Creating automated email reports and verification of its timely delivery to the respective users. Troubleshoot and solving in case of any issues. Skillset: Oracle Developer, SQL, PL/SQL Programmer JSP, Dot Net will be preferrable Tools experience SQL developer/Toad RPA (Blue prism /UiPath/Automation Anywhere) skillset will be preferrable Experience in Power BI or Tableau Experience on Oracle ETL or any ETL Experience in API / Webservice technology In depth Experience Latest Orion Admin Tools Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
