Main Accountabilities:

1-Manage projects in IT Applications area

2-Manage projects, planning, schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress

3-Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives

4-Deliver and implement technology solutions

5-Maintain project scope

6-Lead process of issue identification and resolution

7-Manage risk tracking process

8Participate in building IT projects scope

9-Manage all project documentation

10-Responsible of service delivery to meet SLAs

11-Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders and sponsors-


Required Education & Experience:

 5 Years’ experience

 Real estate field experience

 Oracle Fusion Experience Is Preferred

 Yardi experience is preferred

 CRM Experience Is Preferred

 Finance knowledge
  • Required Languages & Computer Skills:

 Very good communication skills

 Very good in Cost Management, Quality Management, Time Management and Risk Management

 Very good in project planning

 Very good in maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

 Very good in managing resources for projects

 Very good in coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities

 Very good in conducting risk assessments for projects

 Very good in organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
