WHO ARE WE?

Established in 2005, Kafein Technology has been providing to the technology software and management needs of national and global customers in telecom, banking, technology, tourism, services, insurance, and retail sectors for more than ten years. In addition to turn-key solutions tailored to customer needs, Kafein Technology develops software in the field of IoT, big data analysis, security, and mobile applications, and continuously work on R&D projects with its global partners and institutions.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in logistics business processes,
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in an Engineering field) from a reputable university,
• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis and actively incorporates inputs from various sources,
• Change oriented actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly,
• Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments,
• Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthuasism,
• Handing conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise,
• Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goal,
• Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations,
• Eager to work in a best of breadth product environment in supply chain area,
• Strong team player working well with others,
• Communicates effectively (English + Turkish),
• Can travel in and outside of Turkey.
