Job Description IT Business Analyst

Industry: IT Company

Preferably Bilingual Arabic & English

 

·        Exposure to handling multiple projects.

·        Experience in Contracts, staff augmentation and Workforce Planning:

·        Collaborate with the management team to identify the company's current and future hiring needs and plan for these needs.

·        Identify and forecast skills and talent requirements.

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from creating new positions until the joining day of new hires.

·        Manage candidate experiences and internal candidate tracking system.

·        Create documented processes for the internal steering of Aliz QA based on experience in Aliz EU by cloning, editing, and adapting policies and governance materials.

·        Source for potential new talents in countries where the company envisions expansion such as Saudi Arabia, and GCC countries. Iraq, and Turkey in general.

·        Develop and maintain a roadmap for what we want Aliz QA to be like in the future alongside time-bound milestones.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

·        Use HR analytics tools to measure and report on employee-related metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance management.

·        Aliz HR Policy and Procedure Development:

·        Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the company's culture and values.

·        Work with management to ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with laws and regulations.

Market Research and Analysis:

·        Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new projects and clients.

·        Gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications for potential new projects.

·        Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.

·        Process Improvement:

·        Work on process modelling and design to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

·        Follow up and oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

·        Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.

Soft Skills Development:

·        Utilize soft skills and experience to deliver employees' workshops and personal development spaces.

·        Facilitate communication and team-building exercises to promote a positive work environment.

Event Organization:

·        Organize events that target strategic points the company would like to strengthen about Aliz Qatar

Criteria:

·        Experience in IT Industry

·        Knowledge of events, HR policies, and workforce planning

·        Exposure to handling multiple projects.

·        Experience as Business Analyst

·        Can handle the role independently.

·        Good Communication skills
