Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and continually improving the commercialization process with focus on varied acquisition opportunities. Provides expertise on issues related to tendering and negotiation activities on individual pursuits. Evaluates the risk/reward trade-offs of any equity investment and proposes a negotiation position having considered the views of Halliburton management and specialist functions. Capable of remote location cross cultural negotiation. Particular emphasis is given to defining the appropriate commercial solution and managing the proposals development, and contractual negotiations relating to given pursuits. Requires experience in risk analysis, economic and financial analysis experience, reservoir understanding, and oil and gas deal structures where applicable. Typically has 8+ years of experience, with 2-3 years of experience in a commercial role.
