To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "Senior Business Continuity Analyst "

Overall purpose of the job:

He/she will be responsible for Business Continuity Management System in Geidea.

Key Accountabilities:

Tasks Management & Responsibilities:

  • Support in developing and supervising the implementation of the Business Continuity Management system.
  • Support in developing Business Continuity Plan, Disaster recovery Policy and Framework, and BIA Policy.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis for all business functions.
  • Identify and apply BCMS regulatory requirements.
  • Support in Conducting periodic tests for BCP and DRP.
  • Conduct BCM training for all business functions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of BCMS. (Maintenance of BCM policies)
  • Support the Head of Risk in aligning all BCM activities with organizational goals. (Risk Assessment)

Required Work Experience:

2-3 years of experience in BCM

  • Can work in a mixed multi-national, multicultural working environment.
  • Can work well on high pressure and fast paced businesses with mixed workforce.
  • Honesty and integrity are a must.
  • Result oriented and a passion for excellence.
  • To respect the work time, environment and pay attention to the company policies and rules.
  • To maintain the company’s properties; terminal devices, and all related to the company.

  • Remote working environment with project participants and line manager.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.
  • Effective Arabic & English verbal, presentation, and listening communication skills.

Required language skills

  • English Proficiency – Intermediate (Able to speak and write clear English with good communication skills to share his thoughts to others clearly).
  • Arabic Proficiency – Intermediate
