Job Description Summary

Responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experience for telephony technologies in the EMEA region, which includes both landline and mobile telephony services.

This position will be responsible for the delivery of highly complex cross disciplined programs that span multiple organizations, customer support and operations, as well as partners.

S / he will be responsible for defining and executing programs, and tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.

S / he will be responsible for leading telephony resources in EMEA region.

Essential Responsibilities :

In this role, you will :

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Regional representative for all GE HealthCare provided voice products and services, responsible for operations, deployment and managing financials including cost savings of these services in the Europe region : GCOM (current global PBX platform) Legacy PBX, Electronic Voice Mail (EVM), PFax / EFax, Mobile Telephony Services.
  • Leader for all GE HealthCare platform solutions contractors working on providing telephony products and services in the Europe Region including landline, mobile
  • Driving key programs and initiatives in the Europe Region
  • Support the transition from current GCOM vendors to a future solution

Your primary program responsibility will revolve around advocating and delivering single dialtone strategy across Europe region by defining and implementing processes for coordination and communication between organizations and with stakeholders, working in close cooperation with our internal teams (Platfrom Solutions, Digital Workplace, Network, Cyber, etc) to successfully deliver telephony services across Europe region.

In addition, you will also be asked to establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establish reporting cadence for both internal and external audience as required.

Alongside with that, you will also be responsible for continuously track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal & external delivery commitments are met.

Resolve day-to-day issues related to strategy implementation. Escalate issues that impact the client and / or strategic initiatives.

Participate in key telephony initiatives as a project member executing defined tasks to achieve defined project goals.

In this role You will :

  • Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining functionality and specifying requirements
  • Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes
  • Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed by all projects within the program
  • Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts based on budget, scope and timeline
  • Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams
  • Coordinate execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomes tracking
  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level.
  • Ensure lessons learned are collected
  • Perform initial and final financial reviews, and ensure ongoing budget tracking

Basic Qualifications :

  • Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization
  • Experience managing budgets including budget and spend
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
