Founders DAO is a decentralized venture building ecosystem.We cobuild and derisk sustainable tech startups. We are looking for talents to join our team of engineers and work on our internal projects and/or those of our customers.All projects are leveraging state of the art web3, blockchain and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Work within a small development team to produce clean, efficient code based on specifications. Integrate software components between in-house and third-party applications. Create new CI/CD pipelines Experience (a minimum of 5 years) as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role, working within Agile frameworks and associated architectures, design, coding languages and testing & deployment tools, including some or all of the following: Required: Senior experience with fullstack software development experience with Java or Python Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as; Angular, Vue.JS or React.JS Strong experience with building cloud native Software solutions and integrations of solutions on AWS Experience with Devops tools such as; Jenkins, Bamboo, Git or similar deployment purposes Experience with various database paradigms such as; SQL & NOSQL Experience building API products & API Management e.g. Apigee Work within an agile frameworks and associated architectures Desirable: Experience with Infrastructure as code (AWS, CDK, Terraform etc). Do not be allergic to No-Code Understanding of the blockchain, knowing what a smart-contract is Embrace DevOps culture: You build it, you run it Care deeply about mentorship and growing your colleagues Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones Non-technical requirement : Be autonomous and know how to organize yourself Languages: English mandatory, Russian or French are a big plus Want to evolve in a multicultural environment Regarding the contract: UAE employment contract Remote work, possibility of relocation to the Emirates.
