Responsibilities

• Business Development

o Collect client requirements

o Analyze requirements and select proper services and solutions

o Participate in technical proposals

• Project Delivery

o Follow the methodologies and tools for Solutions Dep. works

o Review and analyze Solutions Dep. research and studies

o Participate in Solutions deliverables

o Meet with stakeholders in projects to collect and analyze requirements

o Review and conduct quality assurance for deliverables

Academic and professional qualifications

A bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field (computer science, information science, software engineering), a bachelor's degree in engineering with additional IT qualifications, or equivalent work experience

Experience

• +3 years of experience in engineering and IT delivery
• Experience in business analysis
• Knowledge in IT Project Management
• Understanding data management concepts
• knowledge of MS projects
• Good at writing proposals and having analytical skills

Skills & Knowledge

• User engagement and communication skills
• Project management skills.
• Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organization and with people from many cultural backgrounds
• Able to manage effectively a number of competing priorities
• Knowledge in customer data management and supporter journeys
