RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements, objectives, and constraints from clients and stakeholders
• Evaluate existing business processes, propose optimized workflows, and enhance operational efficiency
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout projects
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present insights to drive decision-making and business value
• Define test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, propose process optimization, and drive continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and system design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in business analysis tools/software; Agile methodologies knowledge is a plus

ADDITIONAL

• You will be working on site, from our client's office in Doha
• The working schedule is 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday (In Qatar, weekend is Friday to Saturday)
• Formal business attire is required
