• Planning, executing and reporting of process improvement operations,

• Designing business processes in development requests, making functional and technical analyzes and documenting them,

• Ensuring coordination between business units and software team in software development processes,

• Preparing and testing test scenarios related to requests,

• Taking part in integration operations,
